1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Return Window: 3 Days

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

✔ Product must be unused

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

✔ Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased during Clearance or Sale
Customized or altered products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product photos (full product + tags)

Our team will review and approve your return request within 24–48 hours.

After approval:

We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area), OR
You may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse address.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

Refunds are issued in any one of the following ways:

Bank Refund / Original Payment Method (if applicable)

✔ Refund Timeline

Store Credit: 1–2 working days after item passes QC
Bank Refund: 5–7 working days after approval

✔ Refund Conditions

Refund will be processed only after the returned item passes our Quality Check (QC).
If the item fails QC (used, damaged, altered), it will be sent back to you.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange for selected products (subject to availability).

Exchange will be processed only if:

The product is unused
Tags and packaging are intact

If the requested size is not available refund will be issued.

5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
A wrong product

Then email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

Order ID
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos and video of the issue

We will replace the item or provide a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

✔ Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Full refund will be issued.

✘ After Shipping

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the issue is from our side
(wrong item, defect, damage) → Return shipping is FREE.
If the customer wants to return due to personal preference
(did not like the product, color difference, size issue) →
Shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
